This page explains how to request deletion of your Pact or Peril account and the data associated with it. You do not need to have the game installed to make a request.
If you cannot email us from your account address — for example, you sign in with Google or Steam and never registered an email with us — send the request anyway and say so. We will ask you for something else that proves the account is yours before we act on it.
We confirm receipt, verify that the request comes from the account holder, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account, its progress, or its virtual currency once it has been deleted.
When we delete your account, we delete the data tied to it:
A small amount of information survives deletion because the law requires it or because deleting it would let someone erase an enforcement record by making a new account. We keep only what is necessary for those purposes:

Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, so a deleted account may persist in a backup for a short period after the deletion completes.

You can ask us to delete or correct specific information without closing your account — for example, changing a display name we asked you to change. Email the same address and tell us what you want removed. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, port, or restrict the processing of your data; the Privacy Policy explains those rights and how to exercise them.
